Depending on how you use Pipeline Kea, we may collect your account email and sign-in information, your business and contact details, the services and customers described in a pilot brief or enquiry, a record that you acknowledged the pilot terms, and opportunities and notes you save in your account. We also receive payment information through our payment provider when you buy a service.
How we use it
We use this information to operate your account, respond to enquiries, assess pilot fit and capacity, provide an agreed service, process payments and communicate about your request. If you use the website's research feature, the details you enter are sent to the website's AI service to search public sources; the feature does not save its generated results. Results need to be checked before use.
Who may receive it
Service providers involved in hosting, sign-in, email, payments and AI research may process information needed to provide those services. Information may not be held only in New Zealand.

When researching prospects, Pipeline Kea may use publicly available information and source links.
